(III) We are committed to maintaining a healthy, intelligent atmosphere. We do not allow profanity, hate speech or any speech that advocates hatred or violence. Please see the next section for more details.
(IV) We do not allow trolling or stalking on our website.
(V) Please stay on topic with your comments and show respect to the author of the story and other commenters.
(VI) We do not allow posting the same comments multiple times within the same thread or on multiple threads throughout the site.
(VII) We will delete any business solicitations or other advertisements for personal interest, blogs or websites not affiliated with InvestingAnswers.com.
(VIII) Facebook comments posted on the InvestingAnswers website may be used in promotions and advertisements for InvestingAnswers products and services.

We will delete and/or not approve comments that include the following transgressions:
(I) Abusive, off-topic, use excessive foul language, or express political or ideological point of view.
(II) Ad hominem attacks including comments that advocate the death or illness of any person, public figure or otherwise.
(III) Racist, sexist, homophobic and other slurs.
(IV) Solicitations and/or advertising for personal blogs and websites.
(V) Thread spamming (you've posted this same comment elsewhere on the site).
(VI) Posting with the explicit intention of provoking other commenters or the staff at InvestingAnswers.com.
(VII) Contains content that may infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others or other applicable laws or regulations.
We also invite our community members to flag inappropriate comments that may have been posted.
The InvestingAnswers staff reserves the right to block visitors from our site.
Here are two example scenarios showcasing how you can be blocked:
(I) a comment is extremely abusive, off-topic, uses excessive foul language, or includes an ad hominem attack.
(II) If a commenter has previously posted comments that are abusive, off-topic, used excessive foul language, or include ad hominem attacks, an InvestingAnswers.com moderator may decide to ban the commenter's IP address.
This means the abusive commenter is banned from commenting on the site in the future, even if the later comments are not abusive. We will ban IPs because the sheer volume of comments makes it too time consuming to individually delete comments written by someone with a pattern of abuse.
